Expressions of Faith: Rescued
For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves,
(Colossians 1:13 NIV)
Rescued
Dominion of Darkness. In modern society, this term brings to mind vampires, Darth Vader, and anything opposed to The Justice League.
Fortunately for us, however, our God is very real and our rescue saves us from eternal damnation.
Thank you, God, for sending Jesus to our rescue.
God, help me to give more thanks to The Savior.
