They have lost connection with the head, from whom the whole body, supported and held together by its ligaments and sinews, grows as God causes it to grow.

Connectivity
Lost connection.
We think it's horrible when it happens to our computer or phone.
Here Paul explains the behavior of some in Colossae who purported to have insight into certain conventions.
However, they were, in essence, behaving like heads that had lost connection with their spiritual source.
As a result, the church body was suffering.
