Peaceful Living
When is the last time you made a conscious effort to live peacefully?
How about trying to live peacefully with EVERYONE?
That’s what the world needs now.
Then again, the world has always needed that.
Today’s world is far from peaceful—especially for Christians in many countries.
Terrorism, greed, abuse of power . . . The list goes on and on.
They offer superficial treatments for my people’s mortal wound. They give assurances of peace when there is no peace.

Why is it so hard to live in peace?
Verse 14b gives the answer. Verse 14c drops the hammer.
Peace, real, lasting peace is from God!
Accept no substitute!
